Cancellation & Rescheduling
The Client may cancel this contract at any time by providing written notice to the Photographer.
If the Client cancels 7 days or more before the agreed booking date, any payments made will be refunded.
If canceled less than 7 days before the event, all payments are non-refundable.
If rescheduling is required due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness, weather, venue issues), the Photographer will make reasonable efforts to accommodate.
Photographer Substitution
If the Photographer becomes unable to perform the services due to illness, emergency, or other reasons beyond their control, a substitute professional photographer will be provided at no additional cost, or a full refund will be issued.
Image Rights & Usage
Photographer and Client retains copyright to all images.
Commercial use of images by the Client is not permitted without Photographer’s written consent.
Photographer may use select images for portfolio, marketing, website, and promotional purposes unless Client opts out in writing.
Liability
Photographer is not liable for any loss or damage due to equipment failure, acts of God, or other unforeseen events, though reasonable care and backup measures will be in place.
If complete loss or damage occurs where the Client is not able to receive any images from their booked session, either the session will be fully refunded or an additional session will be booked at no cost to the Client.
Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Indiana.
