Cancellation & Rescheduling
The Client may cancel this contract at any time by providing written notice to the Photographer.
If the Client cancels 10 days or more before the wedding date, any payments made will be refunded.
If canceled less than 10 days before the event, all payments are non-refundable.
If rescheduling is required due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness, weather, venue issues), the Photographer will make reasonable efforts to accommodate.
Photographer Substitution
If the Photographer becomes unable to perform the services due to illness, emergency, or other reasons beyond their control, a substitute professional photographer will be provided at no additional cost, or a full refund will be issued.
Image Rights & Usage
Photographer retains copyright to all images.
Client receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use (printing, sharing with family/friends, social media).
Commercial use of images by the Client is not permitted without Photographer’s written consent.
Photographer may use select images for portfolio, marketing, website, and promotional purposes unless Client opts out in writing.
Meal & Breaks
For events exceeding 8 hours, Photographer requests a meal be provided during the reception.
Liability
Photographer is not liable for any loss or damage due to equipment failure, acts of God, or other unforeseen events, though reasonable care and backup measures will be in place.
Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Indiana.
